Pokemon 30th Celebration Social Comp Terms and Conditions

1. Promotional Period

The promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Wednesday 09 September 2026 and closes at 11:59pm AEST on Sunday 20 September 2026.

2. Eligible Entry

To enter, participants must:

1. Purchase one or more products from the EB Games x Pokemon 30th Licensing Range during the promotional period.
2. Visit the official competition post published on the EB Games Australia Facebook page.
3. Comment on the competition post, identifying their favourite Pokemon Region and explaining why in 25 words or fewer.
4. Hold a valid EB World account linked to the purchase made during the promotional period.
5. Be over the age of 16.
6. Reside in Australia. Limit of one (1) valid entry per person. For EB Games x Pokemon 30th Licensing Range preorders, only purchases placed between Wednesday 09 September 2026 and Tuesday 15 September 2026 are eligible. Eligible preorders must be paid in full and collected in-store or delivered on or before 20 September 2026. An EB Games x Pokemon 30th Licensing range preorder alone does not constitute an eligible purchase for entry into this promotion. Employees, contractors, directors and immediate family members of the Promoter, EB Games Australia, Zing Pop Culture, their related entities, agencies and suppliers associated with this promotion are not eligible to enter.

3. Prize

• Thirty (30) winners will each receive a reimbursement equal to the value of their eligible EB Exclusive Pokemon 30th Licensing Range purchase made during the promotional period.
• The maximum reimbursement value per winner will be equal to the total value shown on the qualifying purchase receipt, excluding purchases made outside of the EB Exclusive Pokemon 30th Licensinng Range.
• The prize is not transferable, exchangeable or redeemable for any alternative product.
• Prize can be redeemed from one (1) receipt per entrant, purchases over multiple transactions and receipts are not valid for entry.

4. Winner Notification and Obligations

• Judging will occur on Wednesday 30 September 2026.
• Winners will be contacted by the official EB Games accounts only, no later than 11:59PM AEST Friday 02 October 2026.
• Winners will be contacted on the social media profile and social media platform used to enter the competition.
• Winners must respond to the Promoter's notification within 24 hours of the notification being sent, and provide their required proof of purchase, EB World account and contact email address within the timeframe requested.
• Winners must provide their required bank details by 2:59PM AEST Monday 05 October 2026.
• If a winner does not respond within 24 hours, cannot be contacted after reasonable attempts, is ineligible, or fails to provide required information or documentation by the requested deadline, that winner's prize will be forfeited. The Promoter may, at its absolute discretion, either award a forfeited prize to a reserve winner (being the next-highest-scoring eligible entry) or determine not to award that prize at all. The Promoter is under no obligation to re-judge or reallocate a forfeited prize, and a forfeited prize that is not reallocated will simply lapse and will not be awarded to any entrant. The thirty (30) winning eligible entries, as determined by the judging panel, will each receive a prize. Reserve entries may be selected and used should an original winner be deemed ineligible or fail to satisfy the requirements of these Terms and Conditions. This is a game of skill. Chance plays no part in determining the winners. Entries will be judged on creativity, originality, relevance to the question, and overall quality of response. Judging will be conducted by a panel appointed by the Promoter. The judges' decision is final and no correspondence will be entered into.

5. Entry Content and Licence

• By submitting an entry, the entrant warrants that: (a) the entry is their own original work; (b) they own or hold all necessary rights, licences and consents (including from any other identifiable person appearing in the entry, or their parent/guardian if that person is a minor) to submit the entry and grant the licence below; and (c) the entry does not infringe any third party's intellectual property, privacy or other rights.
• The entrant grants the Promoter a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual licence to reproduce, publish, adapt and communicate the entry (including the entrant's name, image, voice and social media handle), in whole or part, for purposes connected with this Promotion and the Promoter's future marketing and promotional activities, across any media.
• The entrant indemnifies the Promoter against any loss, claim or damage arising from a breach of the warranties in this clause.
• This Promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with Facebook, Instagram or TikTok. Entrants release those platforms from any liability in connection with this Promotion.

6. Proof of Purchase

Selected winners must provide:

• A valid proof of purchase for their eligible EB Games x Pokemon 30th Licensing Range transaction; and/or
• Confirmation of their linked EB World account. Failure to provide satisfactory proof of purchase and EB World account verification within the timeframe requested by the promoter may result in the prize being forfeited and an alternative winner being selected.

7. Refund Exclusions

Purchases that have been refunded, cancelled, returned or reversed prior to winner verification are not eligible for this promotion.

8. Prize Fulfilment

Prize reimbursement will be issued in a manner determined by the promoter and requires verification of payment details associated with the original transaction. Prize reimbursement will be fulfilled by promoter by 11:59PM AEST Monday 19 October 2026.
