Yes! If purchasing online you will be limited to using one gift card per transaction due to system limitations. In store you may use as many gift cards as you require or desire to make your payment.
Will I get my Black Friday order by Christmas?
We understand that nothing is more important than getting your Black Friday purchases delivered ASAP, which is why we offer Click & Collect in under 15 minutes, as well as same-day delivery with Uber in as little as 30 minutes! In addition to these, we also offer express delivery through Australia Post, Star Track, and Couriers Please, giving you more delivery options than ever to get your Black Friday purchases before Christmas.

How can I track my order?
If you view your order via your EB World Account under Order History, you can see your order's current status - if it has shipped and if so, the tracking information.
Can I change my order?
Due to the huge volume of Black Friday orders flowing through, we won't have the ability to update the contents of your order once it has been placed. If you catch it early enough you may be able to change your address details before the order ships via your EB World Account under Order History.

Can I use my EB Games or Zing Pop Culture gift card on my Black Friday purchase?
You absolutely can! When you get to the checkout select the Gift Card payment option and type in your gift card number and pin. Once the checkout verifies your card it will let you know if there is any balance left to pay on your order, and if so it will allow you to select a secondary payment method.
