It's time to Digivolve!
To celebrate the 25th anniversary of DIGIMON Ver. 3-Ver. 5, DIGIMON COLOUR Ver. 3, 4 and 5 are being released with renewed colour LCD screens. Based on the original versions released in 1997, these new devices come with a built-in colour LCD screen and rechargeable battery. What was once impossible with the original version, the new colour LCD brings characters and background images to life. The built-in rechargeable battery can be charged with a cable included with this set. (USB port is required for charging)
Characters that appear in each version are also based on the lineups of the original versions. DIGIMON COLOUR Ver. 3 includes 20 characters such as Patamon and Orgemon. DIGIMON COLOUR Ver. 4 includes 19 characters such as Piyomon and Kuwagamon. DIGIMON COLOUR Ver. 5 includes 19 characters such as Gazimon and DarkTyranomon. All ULTIMATE DIGIMON can be evolved into MEGA DIGIMON. Some DIGIMON can be combined to form a new DIGIMON by communicating with other versions. Combined DIGIMON will appear in both versions for the following devices. DIGIMON COLOUR Ver. 3 & Ver. 4, DIGIMON COLOUR Ver. 3 & Ver. 5 & DIGIMON COLOUR Ver. 4 & Ver. 5.
Each version is equipped with the training and battle functions that appeared in the 1998 versions. It also contains a battle mode that can be played alone without communication. The product features enhanced user support functions and improved training speed. During cold mode, a DIGIMON’s growth stops, and will not lose hunger or strength. A backup system has been implemented to save one training DIGIMON as a backup. Like the Devices, the packaging design has also been recreated based on the original. Foil stamping and colour stickers have also been replicated.
This product can communicate with “DIGIMON COLOUR” products only. This product uses Japanese programming.
