Only a young boy when his parents died in a plane crash, Peter Parker was raised by his Aunt May and Uncle Ben. Very smart but painfully shy, he kept to himself at school. A bite from a radioactive spider gave him superhuman strength and spider capabilities, so now he balances his studies with crawling up walls and swinging about town on super-strong webs that he shoots from his wrists. He's always quick with a quip, and his Spidey senses always let him know when danger is near.
In 1885, a young pewtersmith named Yong Koon arrived in Malaya from the Chinese port of Shantou, armed with little more than a set of tools and a determination to succeed.
Today, Yong Koon's humble enterprise is Royal Selangor, the world's foremost name in quality pewter.
Spider-Sense tingling, the stealthy webslinger clings precariously to a New York City tenement. Illustrator Alan Quah and sculptor Mufizal Mokhtar capture Spider-Man’s taut sinewy form and the texture of his signature suit in extraordinary detail as he prepares to leap into the fray.
