Collecting Instore
Turn on SMS updates and check your mobile number is current in your EB World account. We will text you the moment your preorder is ready to collect. It is the simplest way to skip the guesswork and head in at the right time.
How will I know my preorder is ready to collect?
When your order arrives at your store, the status will change to Processed. Your SMS is the green light that your order is prepared and waiting at the counter. If you have not received a text by 5 pm Friday, give your store a quick call and they will check it for you.
When do I need to collect my preorder?
From Friday 14 November your preorder will be held for the time listed below based on your EB World level.
- Level I – 2 days
- Level II – 4 days
- Level III – 7 days
- Level IV – 10 days
- Level V – 14 days
After that window it will be released for general sale and we will refund to your original payment method.
Can I change my store for collection?
No, at this time no changes can be made. Your preorder will be available at the store you selected at checkout.
What happens if my store is closed?
We will send you an email or SMS with your closest available store for pickup or other available options.
Can I claim my free PLUS boosters?
Yes, we can help with this instore. When you collect, our team can apply your PLUS free boosters to your purchase. Depending on availability on the day this will be either extra boosters added to your bundle or the equivalent value taken off your purchase.
- Example-If you preordered 36 boosters, 3 of those are FREE with PLUS. If you have any free boosters banked from earlier purchases, you can redeem those too.
If you chose home delivery, your PLUS free boosters are added to your tally to redeem in the future.
Do I get bonus Carrots on my Booster Box?
Yes. Booster boxes count as one item, so you will receive 20 bonus Carrots per box. If you are an EB World PLUS member you will receive 40 bonus Carrots per box.
