What is EB Care?

EB Care is a service that EB Games provides. When EB Care is purchased alongside an item, EB Care covers that item for faults or failures - including accidental damage - for up to 3 years depending on the EB Care option selected, with cover starting from date of purchase.

What EB Care plans are available?

EB Care can currently be purchased alongside:

Switch, PS4, and Xbox One consoles, with 2 and 3 year options available;

Switch Joy-Con sets, Switch Pro controllers, PS4 DualShock 4 controllers, Xbox One controllers, and Xbox Elite Series 2 controllers, with 1 and 2 year options available; and

Games with a 1 year option available.

When can I purchase EB Care?

EB Care can be added to instore purchases, and can also be added to online orders when Click & Collect is selected. EB Care plans are only available to EB World members. Chat to our instore team to discuss the available EB Care options for your new gear.
