What is Zip?

Zip is an easy and flexible payment method which gives you the freedom to buy now and pay later. Repayments are flexible to suit your lifestyle - weekly, fortnightly or monthly, and you can pay as much as you like as long as you meet your minimum monthly repayments, which is advised at the time of sign up.

Who can use Zip?

Zip is available as a payment option if you:

  • Are at least 18 years old
  • Are an Australian Citizen or Permanent Resident
  • Have a valid and verifiable email address and mobile number
  • Have a good credit history

First time users will need to create an account.

What can Zip be used on?

Zip can be used on all items excluding downloadable content, digital currency, and season passes. If your order contains one of these products, then Zip won’t be an available payment option in the checkout.

Can Zip be used in-store?

You can pay for Click & Collect orders using Zip and pick up your items from your favourite store!

Click & Collect orders will be ready for pick up within 30 minutes during your stores normal business hours.

If you are already in store and want to use Zip, simply shop for your items on, choose Click & Collect, check out with Zip, and your order will be ready in minutes!

You can pay the deposit for online Click & Collect pre-orders using Zip. When your preorder is ready simply go in store and pay the remaining amount using card, cash, gift card or trade credit.

How do I refund items paid for using Zip?

To get a refund or an exchange on orders made using Zip, please call our Customer Support Hotline on 13 39 30. This applies to both home delivery and Click & Collect orders.

Zip orders cannot be returned or exchanged in-store at this time. To organise a return or exchange of your product paid for using Zip, give the Customer Support Hotline a call on 13 39 30.

Returns and exchanges are subject to our returns policy. Once your refund has been processed, any future Zip payments will be cancelled and any money owed to you will be credited back to your Zip account.
