Pidgeotto, the bird Pokemon, and evolved form of Pidgey. A Normal and Flying type. Pidgeotto maintains a wide territory, giving any intruders a thorough pecking. It is armed with sharp claws and dives from the sky to capture its prey. Unlike the more gentle Pidgey, Pidgeotto can be dangerous. Approach with extreme caution. This Pokémon is full of vitality. It constantly flies in a circular pattern around its large territory, all the while keeping a sharp lookout for prey. It builds its nest in the centre of its large territory. It has outstanding vision. However high it flies, it is able to distinguish the movements of its prey. It swiftly snatches and immobilizes its prey using well-developed talons, then carries the prey more than 60 miles to its nest.
