Since his death, the world has descended into chaos, lacking his charisma and leadership. However, something surprising is happening. It has been announced that the "Dead or Alive Championship 2" will take place. Yet, Douglas's passing has stripped the tournament of its purpose and significance.

Moreover, the promoter of "Dead or Alive Championship 2," who is driven by a thirst for conflict and jealousy over Douglas's legacy, is responsible for his death. This new promoter is not only corrupt but embodies pure evil. His involvement in the tournament has instilled a sense of terror in the world, leading to the infamous Tengu disaster at the end of the 20th century. The climax of this disaster is on the verge of erupting into an intense battle!
