July GameZone Competitions Terms & Conditions

Start Date: 12am, 15th June 2008
End Date: 5pm, 26th July 2008
Draw Date: 2pm, 8th August 2008
Redraw Date: 2pm, 8th September 2008

All details must be filled in correctly to be eligible for the draw. Competition opens on the above mentioned start date and entries must be lodged at an EB Games store by the stated end date. No employees or immediate families are eligible to enter. Entries are judged by a 2 panel process and overseen by a JP; the judge’s decision is final. Winning entries will be drawn at the EB Games head office on the drawn date listed above, all winners will be notified by phone and all prizes will be shipped within 2 weeks of this draw (Game release willing). EB Games takes no responsibility if the address on the entry form is incorrect or incomplete. A list of winning names will appear in the Gamezone section of the EB Games website www.ebgames.com.au, 2 days after the competition draw date. If a prize is unclaimed then a re-draw will occur at EB Games head office on the date specified above and winners will be notified and prizes will be shipped within 2 weeks of this re-draw date.
